Refund policy

Food Voyageur will not process any refund due to 

• When the design is slightly different to the image on my website or the image(s) that you have sent us. 
  
  
• When you are not happy with the taste or texture, as the taste and texture are subjective, Before you purchase a cake taste our cupcakes or tasting box.
  
  
• We will always charge an admin fee of $30 to cancel your order plus if we have ordered/ made items for your cake we will deduct those amounts, if you have purchased through our POS machine or our website we will deduct those service fees when refunding the money. 
  
• If you want to change the date you need to change the date based on the Food Voyageur open day
